We are a high energy performance troupe from the Slocan Valley, British Columbia. At the core of our collective, stands a strong circle of women (mamas, sisters and daughters).

Using the elements of drum, dance, song, spoken word, we offer up a powerful and dynamic set, embodying values that bring us together in community.

We believe in simple and healthy living, balanced and just relations, joy and celebration.​We infuse traditional rhythms into modern times. We deliver an engaging, compelling performance with strength and vibrance, that leaves the crowd feeling uplifted and inspired.
